Hahira, a small Georgia town, is seeking development that best serves area residents while protecting its natural, economic, and social resources, and small town way of life. To help visualize growth alternatives and their impacts, planners are turning to a suite of tools called CommunityViz. This planning support system allows users to create and explore “what-if” scenarios, thereby providing valuable information about potential future changes.
